Owens-Forrest Environmental Institute

The Owens-Forrest Environmental Institute (OFEI provides training seminars targeted to the environmental compliance market, specifically in storm water pollution prevention (SWPPP), soil conservation and environmental assessment. The faculty members of the Owens-Forrest Environmental Institute (OFEI) are long-standing, contributing members of environmental organizations, such as the International Erosion Control Association (IECA), EnviroCert (CPES, CPSWQ, and CESSWI), Engineering and General Contractors Association (EGCA) and the American Public Works Association (APWA).
